Cybersecure energy storage for European data center
Our customer required robust energy storage systems that were tailor-made to their requirements.
Due to the critical nature of this company our systems had to undergo rigorous pen testing to meet stringent cybersecurity protocols.
Due to the location of this system, in a city center, the systems needed to comply with strict noise restrictions and PGS 37-1 certifications –
Volstora tailor-made and delivered two fully redundant energy storage systems. By making this project redundant the client is guaranteed power when they need it, even during an unlikely major fault.
Capacity
2 x 581kWh (1,162kWh total)
Power Output
2 x 276kW (552kW total)
Battery technology
SuperStrata 8.3 kWh LFP
Application
Telecom backup power
Goal
Network continuity & Cybersecure energy infrastructure
two independent systems ensuring operations stay powered up 24/7
Our systems control (EMS) and monitoring software underwent intensive penetration testing to ensure maximum security
Placing a system in the heart of Arnhem's city center meant that we needed to make sure our system complied with strict noise requirements
Something really nice to say here
